MEET THE TRAINER
Min Max Training was built on one clear principle: minimise weaknesses and maximise strengths. By identifying the areas that hold you back and systematically improving them, weaknesses become opportunities for growth.
The philosophy is also shaped by first-hand experience with serious setbacks. After a recent motorbike accident that resulted in a dislocated shoulder and a compression fracture, the long process of rebuilding afterwards brought a deep understanding of how demanding the journey back to strength can be.
Founded by a qualified personal trainer with a background in strength training and competitive powerlifting, the focus is simple: build a strong, capable and resilient foundation that allows
every client to train harder, move better, and perform at their full potential.
In person coaching is soon to be based at SASS Studios in Royal Victoria Dock, providing a focused environment for clients to train, develop strength, and progress with purpose.
