Working with Min has been genuinely life-changing. As a woman, having a female personal trainer was really important to me. From the start, she created an environment where I felt comfortable, understood, and supported while still pushing me to do more than I thought I could.

 

The physical changes in my body have been astounding. I’m stronger than I’ve ever been, and the difference in how I look and feel is incredible. What’s surprised me most, though, is the confidence I’ve built with weights. I used to feel intimidated in the gym, but now I feel capable, powerful, and completely at home lifting, something I never imagined before working with Min.

 

Min has an amazing ability to help you believe in yourself while steadily showing you what you’re capable of. I would recommend her to anyone who thinks they can’t do it, feels unsure in the gym, or struggles with confidence. She will change the way you see your strength, both physically and mentally!

MEET THE TRAINER

Min Max Training was built on one clear principle: minimise weaknesses and maximise strengths. By identifying the areas that hold you back and systematically improving them, weaknesses become opportunities for growth.

The philosophy is also shaped by first-hand experience with serious setbacks. After a recent motorbike accident that resulted in a dislocated shoulder and a compression fracture, the long process of rebuilding afterwards brought a deep understanding of how demanding the journey back to strength can be.

Founded by a qualified personal trainer with a background in strength training and competitive powerlifting, the focus is simple: build a strong, capable and resilient foundation that allows

every client to train harder, move better, and perform at their full potential.

 

In person coaching is soon to be based at SASS Studios in Royal Victoria Dock, providing a focused environment for clients to train, develop strength, and progress with purpose.​​
